Our talented kitchen team includes Proprietor Jason Andrews and Head Chef Stephen Murray. They share a very similar approach to cooking and a passion for food; each of our menus is a collaborative effort from the two skilled chefs.
Some of the stunning Menu selections currently on offer include Bombay Smoked Haddock Risotto, or a delicious Home Smoked Duck Salad, Fresh Snow Peas, Goats Cheese & Freshly Sliced Kiwi, yum; perhaps the Pan–Fried Saddle of Scotch Lamb (carved pink, of course!) accompanied by Beggars Purse of Haggis, Neeps & Tatties is more to your taste?

The Chrysalis Restaurant – Can seat up to 100 diners.
The Garden Bistro – Seats 40 diners for larger private dining parties.
The Gryffe Suite – Our stunning Gryffe Suite holds up to 200 guests; with a large dance floor and private bar. It is the perfect choice for Weddings, Christenings, Birthdays and large private functions.
The Brierie Village Bar – This cosy public bar is a real favourite renowned locally for it’s welcoming atmosphere, it can hold up to 80 guests.

Great food time after time Called in on a Saturday afternoon and as usual the service is welcoming. We had creamed vegetable soup and a purse of haggis, neeps and tatties both delicious. This was followed by smoked haddock in a mornay sauce with creamed mash and was to die for. I had pan fried lambs liver which was a real treat. We love this restaurant and it's superb food and service.

We come here regularly for the Sunday carvery. It is generally very busy so booking is advised. Good value and good selection with friendly staff and our kids love it too.

This was a superb restaurant, found entirely by accident after failing to find one my hotel recommended. The service was friendly, prompt and helpful. The food arrived piping hot on hot plates and was sooo tasty!
