Enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our existing team. As a member of bar staff, your role will be to provide excellent bar service to customers that is of a consistently high standard.

You will be required to become involved in all aspects of the day to day service, setting up, serving the customer, liaising with other departments within the venue and clearing down after your shift. High standards are very important, therefore you will be required to ensure that these standards are maintained. Waiting Staff

Head Chef

Current vacancy for a talented and experienced Head Chef.

As Head Chef you will have overall responsibility for managing all aspects of the kitchen environment – compliance with legislation, food production, stock control, and importantly the kitchen brigade. You will work closely alongside the General Manager of the Unit.

You will be responsible for recruiting and developing your team of chefs, ensuring they receive a thorough induction into the role, and quality ongoing training as they develop.

You will ensure that high quality dishes are produced consistently to exceed the customer expectations. Having sole responsibility for kitchen costs, the Head Chef will also be responsible for ensuring that the menu produced generates the required Gross Profit margin for the business.

You will have the opportunity to implement your own ideas to further develop the food service at the Unit.

Sous Chef
