The General Terms and Conditions below apply to all offers and transactions of The River Inn. Prices are subject to change.
The restaurant guarantees that all the products offered meet the standards of the concept.
If there are any complaints the management needs to be informed immediately. Appropriate actions will be taken as soon as possible.
In certain cases, promotional prices apply. These prices are valid only during a specific period as long as stocks last. No entitlement to these prices may be invoked before or after the specific period.
The River Inn cannot be held to any price indications that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typesetting or printing errors. No rights may be derived from incorrect price information.
Methods of payment we accept: Cash, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, Mastercard and Cheque made payable to R J Hotels Ltd.You will not receive confirmation of your definitive booking until your payment has been approved
USE OF THE WEBSITE AND CONTENT
River Inn maintains the Website for information purposes. Please feel free to browse the Website. You may download Content on the Website for non‐commercial, personal use only provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the Website and/or Content. You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, re‐use, re‐post, or use any or all of the Content for public or commercial purposes without the prior written permission of River Inn.
Any unauthorised downloading, re‐transmission or other copying or modification of any of the Content may be in breach of statutory or common law rights which could be the subject of legal action.
River Inn disclaims all liability which may result from any unauthorised reproduction or use of the Content.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers must be used within 6 months of date of issue which is presented on the voucher. Vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
All vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival at the restaurant and must be mentioned when booking.
Any remaining amount on the voucher is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited unless at the discretion of the management team.
The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

REFUNDS & DEPOSITS
All deposits are non–refundable. Deposits may be transferable at the discretion of the River Inn
PARTY NIGHTS
A non–refundable deposit is payable on booking. The balance must be paid in full by 14th November. If the balance is not paid in full by 14th November, the River Inn reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain any deposit paid.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
It is our booking procedure to secure bookings for 10+ guests with a deposit of £5.00 per person. This will be deducted from the final bill. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you the deposit amount is non refundable.
Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please call the telephone number specified on the restaurant’s home page to make your reservation.
MENU TERMS & CONDITIONS
All menu’s are subject to change without prior notice.
Additions and/or substitutions can be made without prior notice.
All dishes are subject to availability.
LOYALTY CARD
1. To register for the Loyalty Programme you will need to complete an form. By completing the form you are giving The River Inn permission to contact you via email.
2.Your Loyalty Card can be used to earn stamps. These stamps can be earned through the purchase of a main course meal at The River Inn.
3. Loyalty cards are given one per person.
4. Stamps are awarded per one main course purchased. Not given per table.
5. On completion of six stamps awarded, customers can redeem their 50% discount on their food bill Monday – Thursday only.
6. 50% discount can not be used on any purchase of drink.
7. 50% discount can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
PRICES
The prices quoted on the Website are in Pounds (£) Sterling and are fully inclusive of 20% VAT.
