Our Story

Welcome to The River Inn Restaurant, a true gem nestled in the heart of Crosslee in Houston. We take great pride in sourcing our ingredients locally, ensuring that each dish is crafted with the freshest produce the area has to offer.

Our Brierie Village Pub offers a traditional, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding with friends, while upstairs, the Gryffe Sports Bar boasts a lively vibe, complete with pool tables, multiple TVs for watching all the sporting events, and interactive darts for a bit of friendly competition.

Whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday bash, or corporate gathering, our Crosslee Suite provides a stunning setting for memorable events, and we regularly host party nights featuring live music acts.

On those sunny days, make the most of our lovely Ivy Terrace, where you can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy superb food beside the river Gryffe.
